The Cyber Advisory team is a part of the larger Advice Lab team within the Private Bank. The Cyber Advisory team provides cyber guidance for HNW/UHNW individuals, their family and their business through trainings, seminars, timely content and other educational resources to help them become more cyber-secure.

Job Responsibilities


Qualities | Qualifications for an additional speaker (1 FTE):
• Executive Presence,
• Public speaking / teaching experience (in large and small sessions)
• Comfort with broad Technology concepts at an enterprise and small business scale
• Experience in Financial Services
• Familiarity with Wealth Management products and structures (e.g., Private Banking, Family Offices, etc.)
• Sensitivity / Experience with Wealth Management clients and needs
• Understanding of good operational practices, policies, procedures and guidelines
• Ability to develop trust with bankers and advisors
• Strong diplomatic skills (emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and tact with client relationships)
• Ability to travel regularly and on short notice
 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
 

• Industry recognized information security certification (eg CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP) or equivalent degree or certification desirable.
• Min 5-10 years’ Cyber and related tech experience. Engineering and technology architecture experience a plus
• Ability to partner closely with business partners including but not limited to members of the integrated team, partners in the business, and external clients
• Ability to direct, manage and coach junior talent
• Strong self-motivator with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, teaching experience a plus, as well as strong written skills, with contribution to thought leadership and cyber content
• Creative problem-solving abilities that generate new ideas and can adjust to meet changing needs
• Strong leadership and clear judgment in addition to being a strong influencer and facilitator
• Proactive, accountable and detail oriented work ethic
• Willingness to travel (domestic / international) as needed, up to 40 percent
• Multi-lingual a plus
