Job Description

• Hands on Experience in Switching and Routing
• Hands on experience on cisco switches , routers.
• Hands on experience on SDWAN – Velocloud
• Good troubleshooting skills on Cisco Meraki LAN, WiFi, Access-Points.
• Strong troubleshooting experience of firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco Meraki Firewall.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues.
• Creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)
• MPLS & VPN Links (especially IPSEC LAN, LAN VPNs)
• Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
