JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for self-driven, technology enthusiastic,  accountable colleague – to join our Identity Management team at Oracle NetSuite GBU. In this role, you will be actively, hands on – working on Identity technologies, native to ORACLE. You will be responsible for integrations of 3rd party systems to Oracle SSO – Identity provider. All work done in latest technology stack – built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – latest generation. This job will require a lot of self-studies and exploring new technologies, some architecture work, project planning and business accountability. Often, we must adapt to new scenario or system and come with new approach how to integrate. Role consists of business support as well in terms of (some) end users and occasional work during weekend or out of regular work hours (evening calls, meetings).

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Knowledge on key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Role Based Access Control, Role Analysis, Segregation Of Duties, SOA workflow development, Privileged Account Management, Access Policies, Access Certification, Directory Servers, Federation and SSO)
  • Principals of use cases/test cases, participation in SIT/UAT testing
  • Implementation experience regarding common target systems like AD, Exchange, Directories, Databases, Web Services and Flat Files.
  • Escalate at the right time customer issues to Technical Account Manager where relevant.
  • Ensure adherence to internal methodology, tools, and quality standards.
  • Actively participate on Services development.
  • Actively collaborate with other engineers in the team or in other teams, to share knowledge, experiences, and others, which can benefit CSS Business results.
  • Knowledge or some experience in Kubernetes is HUGE advantage.

 

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment (or part of organization, able to understand the principals)
  • Experience in some scripting language (Python, Pearl, C++, Java…)
  • Experience with at least one scripting language for automating tasks, proof of concept work, or command line tools.
  • LINUX advance user experience (ability to work with Linux systems)
  • Domain knowledge of Identity and Access Management.         
  • Experience working with internal customers and translating requests into prioritized work or features.
  • Passion for good documentation of your work
  • Enjoy working a bit under pressure, tight timelines but with great team around you

 

 

SUPER NICE TO HAVE:

  • Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle)
  • Experience and understanding of multi-AD/AZ and regional data centers.
  • Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
  • Expertise in applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques to develop security solutions.
  • FedRAMP, PCI DSS, or similar compliance and auditing experience
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
